I seriously live in a small town. I haven’t been able to get a time slot in weeks. I wake up at 5-7 in the morning to try to get a slot... nothing. The store isn’t even open at this time. I am high risk and have kids. I don’t want to go in public often. What are people staying up till 2am and taking all the time slots? This is so frustrating. Make this fair. I loved the app before this but am getting tired of not being able to shop online because of greedy people that stay up all night.
After the update it will no longer show the details of my purchase, or the total.
I’ve tried contacting Walmart about it but nothing has ever been resolved. Finding items I need or the look/feel of the app itself is fine. I’m able to find what I need with easy accessibility. When I try to edit my order or add items to the order well before the time stating I cannot, it won’t let me and I’ve had SO many problems with it so far. If I don’t have the items right the first time, basically, oh well. Also, when I go to give my current location when I’m on my way or when I go to check-in at Walmart’s pickup, I never can. It’s just so glitchy and problematic. During this time where I cannot go to the store due to underlying conditions, being able to shop online should be a lot easier than it currently is.

Justin, the young man that brought our groceries out for pickup was prompt, helpful, courteous and friendly. He loaded everything in our car, answered questions and wouldn’t take a tip. Thank you Justin! Thank you Walmart!!
This was so excellent I can see myself using this service even after the pandemic. I did an Instacart order last week and it was simply horrible. They got 10% right and most of the produce was gross. Walmart’s order was 100% accurate, %100 complete, and the produce is all outstanding. Thank you Wal-Mart.
Couldn’t find 10 lb great value chicken breast. The stores always have it.
First time using the app. Almost not learning curve, with the exception of two issues I feel can be easily remedied. First, I love that you can add items to your Pickup order after having placed it but what the app should let you do is decide on which items you will accept a substitute FOR. It asks you initially when first placing the order but never again. If I add an item, let me decide if I want to allow subs for that item. Secondly, when arriving at the parking spot to pickup order, app asks you your spot # and car color (even has an option for walk-ups - no car) but after selecting each of these, it doesn’t have a ‘done’ button. You have to hit the Close link button to get out of that screen. There should be a button that let’s you declare you’ve made your selections and are done with that step. Otherwise, haven’t run into any major issues. Great job, design team. p.s. would be cool to be able to zoom on pictures
I stayed awake until midnight to be able to get an open pickup time and proceeded to make my list. When I went to the checkout portion it said my reservation had expired and to choose another time. When I attempted to choose another time, I got a pop up saying “Oops, something went wrong!” I’ll say it did. Had my cart full and couldn’t proceed and couldn’t go back. 🤬
