Your sign in process is completely useless and whoever oversees it should be fired. It’s a constant circle of signing in through the app, putting in a code, then asking me who’s my cable provider. I signed up the through your website, obviously I don’t have a cable provider. I’m an app developer and this level of pure incompetence is costing you customers. Hire a QA team and fire the person in charge of this. I’ve literally never experienced a worse sign up process in my life. I’ve tried giving you money numerous times and you refuse to take it. The person in charge should lose their job tomorrow

The connection to my app was awful even on 800mbps WiFi, I couldn’t watch my movie. When I went to customer service, I kept having to reconnect to the chat when the representative told me to do anything on my phone (reload app, redownload etc). I finally had to figure out the issue on my own, which was that the movie wouldn’t play while downloaded. I kept getting the same error message repeatedly. I had to delete the downloaded movie, and play off the network. I was on a free trial, and I absolutely would not pay for an app or subscription with this many bugs and issues. Very inefficient app, and too many bugs.
Downloaded a movie to watch on the airplane. The movie kept getting messed up with the audio not syncing to what’s on the screen. Have to keep restarting the app. Was going to sign up for a subscription after the free trial but after dealing with this trash of an app that won’t be happening.
Love the diversity of selections available but have found that frequently titles do not support 4K streaming.
It has a GREAT selection and has a lot of different choices vs other apps. The reason I gave two stars is that I’ve had it for almost a month now and it continuously pauses or says can’t connect. I have full wifi, it’s sunny out and it still says that. Please fix this bug so I can fully enjoy watching on this app. I’m giving it one more week. If it doesn’t stop I’ll be discontinuing this subscription.
