The app is terrible Can’t read at all
I have sent 3 emails, heard nothing back. I purchased a yearly subscription but it still wants me to buy each issue. FIX IT!!
I know this app may be confusing to some but all it takes is an email to their app support, that’s what i did & “Tom” quickly responded to my email to help me w/any problems i had. There was a few back & forth emailing but all issues were resolved & 1 major 1 was my fault but he was very generous in fixing my problem & going above & above any customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Outstanding
Love the new update, been a big fan of jailbirds for a while. Glad to see some changes to the app!
This app is awesome! Total overhaul on the interface and it’s easy to use. Just like any new app there are a few bugs, but support was spot on and very fast to get me up and going. Let’s support this app Oklahoma, it’s worth it.
I have used the old app and after updating, I have used the new app a few times. The difference in quality is astounding!! If you have thought about using the app but have been hesitating, now is your time to try it out!

Downloaded app and paid the $17.99. You are unable to see magazines because it ask for you to enter enter your ID and password that never did you sign in to one. No where to reset password or even renter password. Unless you have money to flush down the toilet DONT PURCHASE!!!
Do not buy the annual subscription, you’ll end up having to pay month by month then you are out $18. I’ll just buy my jailbirds in the paper version. Definitely would not recommend.
I have made a purchase in September and October 2019 and still haven’t received the copy. Something is up with the app and I cannot login either.
