Captioned meditations

I wanted to take a moment to let you know my appreciation for making this meditation/ mindfulness app captioned. It was very important for me to be able to understand words and learn about meditation. I sent to support team a request to caption their meditations. I received response that they are going to work on it and just give them time to caption the requested meditations. I appreciate them working on it and getting the captions in to allow access to others who have various degrees of hearing loss / deafness. At this time, I only know of one captioned app for meditations which is 10%happy. Thank you for your time and kindness.

Cellular data hog!

Somehow this app ate 11.8GB of my cellular data over the past month! I was just using this to track minutes; never watched any of the videos. And now I’m out of data Be warned!

I prefer this app to anything else out there. It's understandable, fresh and effective and relevant Kudos to Dan Harris and his team keep up the good work! Election sanity was much needed. This app by far has the best teachers.

Solid Daily Companion: Need Transcriptd

So much insight here. 4 star bc transcripts are needed as essential to review and absorbing the wisdom and brilliance of the many teachers. I cannot remember the knowledge I hear. Transcripts needed to retain all this and be more competent for self and others.

Thank you for this space. I am in the midst of many life changes and I have been a member for two years. I cannot imagine how much more difficult my life would have been without this resource. My meditation skills are improving but more importantly for me, during those soul crushing moments when I am spiraling down I turn here to listen. I like all of your teachers but I gravitate to older teachers as I am 59 so it is wonderful that your teachers vary in age. There is something for everybody here. Christina R

For skeptics book first app second in that order

I love this app I read the book and with an already growing interest in meditation I took the plunge. I had tried meditation before but I feel having read the book helped to bring everything about it to life. Much better than reading the benefits on some internet top ten list. Then I got the app which backed it up and though I had some success with previous experience this helped me stick with it. But no one can tell you some things are better left to experience if your skeptical I recommend reading the book first and following up with the app!
