Paid for maps that are at least five years out of date

Bought for use in RV. Took on local trip to evaluate and found errors on roads that have been completed five years ago. Yes, more remote than the Interstates but Routes that trucks frequently use. If I can find errors close to home (without looking very hard) how can I trust when in unfamiliar territory? Additionally, no way I could find to make items appear large enough on an iPhone XR to make the app usable. Complete waste of money.

Not useful for an RV

I had high hopes for this product as a navigation aid for my RV, but Sygic did not bother to include Apple CarPlay functionality so it is not really useful. Had it had CarPlay or Android Auto I would have happily replaced my current navigation product (TomTom Go) with it, but without either of those it is not a good choice for me.

Keyboard acting stupid

I was trying to login to restore my license and I can’t type my email in because there is a glitch in the keyboard.

Can’t even download maps!

Why does this app look like the car version about a decade ago? Why not integrate the truck/caravan license as a mode, like the electric car mode, into ONE app. Bought their license in a sale, now I can’t even select a map to download to get started, much less enter license keys.

Was good, but…

I’ve been using Sygic successfully for five years and often recommended it to others until now. My last two trips have been filled with problems. On my last trip (1600 miles across the US) Sygic often indicated I should exit at almost every exit for many miles. It suggested I exit, go to the other side of the interstate, then go back onto the interstate up the exit ramp and into the left half of the interstate against traffic. It often directs me to the wrong side of the road in split roadways. It would do this mile after mile. It never used to do this, now it does it consistently. The last straw was getting the wrong turn onto a toll road that took me 20 miles out of my way along with tolls I was not prepared for with correct change only. I don’t trust Sygic anymore. Oh, and the speed limits are often wrong, but that never bothered me before.

Map update

Sygic truck Life time member i am on road to a new state in usa. Trying to update and add map but not able to add. trying to get in touch with their customer care but they dn’t have a phone number to call. I have put in a request online on support page but no use because their reply time is 3 to 5 days

Force closes

Everything works good except when I try to use voice to text with my earbuds it force closes the app.
