Wish I could monitor texts on an iPhone through this and wish it had Snapchat and instagram monitoring

This app is just like the last one.

I have had this app for 4 weeks now. My parents try to help me rather than limit me, so I applaud them for that. They thought that this would be a minimally invasive surveillance program to keep me out of trouble. Boy, were they wrong. This app in the last 4 weeks has managed to: Block my parents out of their phones Report that I was visiting questionable websites even when my phone was dead all day and in my safe. Destroy my battery life Delete itself Delete several games that I spent money on and not be able to recover any data Fail to limit my screen time Fail to report my search history. Seriously, I watched a video about how to fire an AR15. My parents knew I was watching it but the app failed to report it. And we wonder why “perfectly good kids” become terrorists. Change its password. It wanted a password reset, and when we used our current password it said “password is outdated” and refused to accept it. So when we tried to reset it through the link, it wanted us to put in our old password to enact the new one. And guess what it said about the old password? Outdated! I do not recommend this app to anybody. It’s hard to use, and really doesn’t give much protection. These parents who think that the device is giving them the whole search history? Better verify that, because chances are it’s not the whole picture. And well most of the stuff that slips through will be harmless, you never know what you’ll find. As well as failing to block inappropriate content, it also blocks perfectly fine stuff. Google classroom and Schoology, for example. And when my parents tried to unblock it, it either refused their password or simply didn’t go through. And when my parents, not realizing how bad it actually was, recommended it to the parent association at my school, and most of my class, and the grades directly above and below me were limited by a horribly ineffective program. My girlfriend, who has a $3500 Alienware laptop, somehow now can’t load fortnite because of all the sub processes enacted by the program. Clash of clans on my phone refuses to run, citing the horrible vpn that this uses, and my $5500 HP omen desktop uses 23/32 gb of ram on quistudo, and 5/8 cores on my processor are permanently focusing on it to keep it running. My father was not happy that all the effectiveness that my computer provided was taken away by a parental control system, so he did not object when I uninstalled. Parental control systems DO NOT WORK. Customer service for these apps are non-existent. When we sent a complaint via email, it took 9.5 days for a response to arrive, and it basically said “thanks for reporting it, but the problem does not exist, we checked.” I just think that safesearch on google, and periodically checking your Child’s search history is infinitely better than any parental control system. Apple screen time is the only effective way to limit excessive usages of phones on IOS. So just don’t install this one, or any other one, because they don’t work. Best of luck

I’m a teen 😀

I may seem like some sort of goody two shoes, but I think this is a good app. Other teens who are putting one and two stars, one, I’m pretty sure you are just upset on how well this thing works, and two, you don’t really want your parents looking at ur search history and stuff. I understand but I mean honestly this app is not as bad as rated. I do think that this app does have some malfunctions tho.😀 thx for reading have a great day

This app is beyond bad

I have had this app for a couple of weeks now and it ruins everyone of my apps makes my power die so fast and is just messed up that people can see everything that I ever do on my phone

Not easy

Not so easy to set up.. I sent the link to my expire to install on son’s phone.i sent link, but no instructions or help anywhere. Really not worth the effort.

Not a teen review. It just doesn’t work.

We’ve been paid users for a couple years now and it’s clear that the developers have given up. For some time, the app was completely bypassed simply by turning WiFi and/or data off, but now the app force closes randomly and no longer protects the devices all on its own. Look for other options, this is a waste of money.

Looks like this app hasn’t been updated since the days of the iPhone 5.

Not user friendly

After using this app for a few weeks, still have issues with not blocking content on child's phone. It's just not user friendly, in my opinion.

Rated 1 Star on principle

I rate any app the bugs me about providing a rating as 1 Star. Stop doing this crap. When only Options are Love it Rate it Remind Me Later Report a Bug How about “Please don’t ask again”

Purchased this app for my child thinking it will monitor the calls , messages, Whatsapp but it doesn’t do anything on iPhone except web filtering which turns out utter waste of money.
