It this was a free app I wouldn’t complain because it is semi reliable, but since I’m paying $60.00 a year I’m going to have to. This app doesn’t log travel 100% of the time and if I have to go back into the trip history for weeks or even months prior, the previous trips don’t appear at all. I travel hundreds of miles for work weekly, so I depend on this app to log my miles so I can get reimbursed. When I have to fill monthly expense reports, this app can rarely go back in time over two weeks...it just freezes up no matter which way I swipe. The same applies for the online version, so no luck there either. I figured this app would pay for itself in return for time saved by logging my trips, but how can I expense my trips if they don’t appear on the app?? And if you have multiple stops forget about that...it will lose those too instead of creating a round trip. I just went back to the old fashioned process of logging my iPhone calendar and piecing things together on google maps trip-by-trip. I stopped using this app so long ago I only realized I had it when I was billed for a renewal of $60 for another year I won’t be using this - screw your Everlance!
Amazing app, thank you Everlance
It has been a great app so far thanks!
Hoping this works... will update.
Looking forward to Tax Vault
So far, this app is delivering as promised.
I love how clean and undistracting this user interface is. At the end of the day when I am done working I go straight to the main screen and easily swipe to classify my trips. Straight business and no silly ads or anything like that!
I have the full version and I wish I could auto classify by company or brand, example all together ( or by brand all shell, all food, or how ever I feel more comfortable) and no on “create rule” does not let you do it. You can not creat a rule all “apple” expenses or all “phone bill” it too simple the create rule, just giving you the option when the amount is bigger than or lower than... I will still stick with it, because the hole intention of the feed back is to get it better. I hopefully I’ll be lucky. Why would I want to have auto classifications? Simple import for the first time all your data from your bank account from last year if you don’t have 900+++ manual classification to do lucky you.
Really easy and convenient to use.
I don’t understand when I export a report as an excel file, I receive it as a csv file. Not all pages will print. It’s 4 pages but only shows and prints 2 of them. Perhaps it’s bec I’m using my iPhone & iPad but it should still work. Also sometimes the automatic tracking doesn’t work and I have to add the trip manually. To other users: be sure to check that your trips are being captured.
