Please stop billing me I don’t want this app
Hello GeoZilla, my name is Tiffany and I am a disabled veteran with a child in my care that doesn’t belong to me but her family has passed so I need to keep a very close eye on her(6 years old)I’m writing to ask why is it now after almost 3 years I’ve been a loyal customer of GeoZilla and just upgraded all phones,watches,and I pads and went to install all of the applications I had on my old phones to my new and for some reason on just GeoZilla app automatically a screen pops up to upgrade to Premium and ABSOLUTELY NO WAY AROUND THAT PAGE TO SIGN IN TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT OR EVEN SIGN UP WITHOUT HAVING TO UPGRADE BEFORE YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO LOG IN??????? I am disabled and went to pay my new phone bill for the first month after I just deposited the $ yesterday to pay my newest upgraded electronics I added on my Sprint account along with my usage bill and found out I’m in the negative today????? BIG FAT OVERDRAFT COMING NOW!WHY YOU MIGHT ASK, well because GeoZilla decided to charge a long time customer $54.61x3????????????? Just for trying to sign into my longtime account in which I love using,So I write in to GeoZilla to ask why yesterday and what do you do??? You unsubscribe me???? Mind you I’ve paid for my 3 months worth and not even made it half way threw that payment/time period before you decided to without my permission,UNSUBSCRIBE ME FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL. I never asked to be cut off. If you read the letter I sent yesterday you will clearly see I just wanted to know why you all are conducting business like that just to sign my family into all of our new devices? I’d like to keep GeoZilla, I’ve never had any problems before and want to get my account back as well as find out how to sign in with a new device? Thank you GeoZilla. I don’t have the upgraded version but it works so good it’s not 100% right but I know there adleast a mile away from where the app is and it’s so amazing I recommend getting the upgraded version it will be a hundred times better! ❤️
No cancel button. Hook, line, sinker
My credit was charged even after I unsubscribed before the trial period ended. I found a much better app.
Misleading. If you use the 7 day trial. You can’t cancel and it automatically bills you for premium.
Awesome, easy to use
This app does not appear to be in real time. Very slow to update on my iPhone 7+. Lagging about 30 minutes. Not very helpful.
