This app is slow but seems to work so far, haven’t sent a fax yet so may have to come back and rewrite my review but the fact they list it as free is a bald faced lie. You do not even get to send a single fax free to try it out which is a ridiculous lie and should not be allowed in the Apple store.
Absolutely does not send faxes for free. Wants 100 bucks a year. Don’t waste your time.
This app is literally amazing and so cost-efficient! It has enabled me to run my business on the go without being stuck in an office connected to a literal line! This fax up is by far the best ! I know this to be a fact because I tried several other ones in this one by far exceeded all my expectations
I use to have a fax service which cost me $11 a month. This cost .10 a page. It allows you to easily create a cover sheet, and sends your fax very efficiently and quickly. It’s amazing how many times I have to send a fax, and this is always at the ready.
I paid an exorbitant amount of money to send one fax. I subscribed to send one fax, $7.99 for one week, and then I told them I wanted to cancel before the next auto charge. Instead of canceling, the rep asked me, in the App, why I wanted to cancel. I didn’t open the App because I thought it was canceled, and I was charged for 4 more weeks. I didn’t realize it right away because the charges appeared as charges from Apple on my credit card. I paid $40 to send one fax, and the rep won’t respond to my request for a refund. This is a scam.
I am all about convenience and this app is where it’s at!
I agreed for. 7.99 subscription and they took out thirty + dollars. I didn’t agree to pay that much and they didn’t tell me that it would be that much. The kicker is the place I sent a fax to didn’t even receive it. Scam don’t download
In the app text it says 12 months for 49.99. They charged me 99.99. And told me it could take up to two hours to get a fax. Wanted to get my money back after I realized they refused. Don’t buy this.
I was sold on the advertised $50/year subscription. When I went to purchase, the true price is $100/year. What gives? If this is any indication of what to expect, I’m out before even starting.
