pretends to be free then wants to charge you.
When moving medical info that cannot be sent through scan, this is the next best and extremely convenient and terrific way to do it. Highly recommend.
I purchased the app yesterday and sent faxes. Today I went to send faxes and I submitted twelve pages and they made me re-subscribe. I hope you will cancel that app charge.
Don’t have a fax near by
There is no indication until you prepare your fax and get down to the last moment of sending that this is a subscription. Thumbs down for dishonesty. Weekly $9.99, monthly $29.99 or annually $49.99. Otherwise it seems to work and allows you to scan using your phone’s camera, or upload from other apps though I haven’t used that feature just yet.
It’s not a free service, you need to pay for it. The 2 faxes I tried to send did not go through either time I tried. Don’t waste you time downloading.
It took me 30 minutes to upload the files I need to fax and since the app is free, I assumed the service was free as well. Well after all of the documents are uploaded, they want $9.99 a week to send the fax and continue the service. Why not just charge $9.99 for the app instead of luring people in?
I rarely send FAX documents. This app should allow a single use or per page purchase option
App makes it sound like you can pay per use but you can’t. Subscription required. Don’t waste tour time!
I tried sending a fax twice and the app failed to deliver the fax. Customer service rep said that was to be expected as this is “legacy technology.” I was also charged $9.99 to send one fax and getting a refund requires me to log in to Apple Pay. Not user friendly or easy to manage. I’m disappointed with this app.
