Not free as advertised
The title of this app is misleading. I needed to send one fax as I never fax. I go to send and you want to charge me $9.99 for a subscription. Perhaps charge per fax so people aren’t locked in. And change the title in the App Store.

Paid $10 n no faxed we’re ever sent or received.
Doesn’t honor original contract
I purchased many credits to utilize this app and now it requires a subscription and I have over 70 unused credits which I’ve been asking for either reimbursement or having my fax account credited. However Kate is unhelpful and they only offer one week free when I’m not faxing weekly. This is absurd and I will file a suit against them and if anyone wants to join on class action lawsuit, email me as I will be more than happy to also include you free of charge to this developer responsible.
Does the job but laughable that it claims to be free
What about this app is free? I can’t find a single free feature. We needed to send a single fax and had to pay $10 for a subscription. There isn’t even a free trial. Very very misleading in the app name. But, it does the job and got the fax sent. Low star because it’s just plain deceitful of the company to claim it’s free.
Not free as search features.
Requires a subscription that isn’t disclosed until you prepare a fax despite being advertised as free. Lie about that and what else are you lying about?

Continuously brings me to the subscription page and keeps sending the header page instead of the whole fax if you dont have the app for free please stop advertising it your wasting peoples time and money THANKS
