esim doesn’t work

bought an esim and it registers and gets signal, but no data. i tried turning on data roaming too and reinstalled the esim twice. it just gets stuck at 75% when activating in the app. no idea how to refund this…

Used old limited data from a different source to buy more data from this app had no problem taking my money billing me but no data was applied to my account :-(

Doesn’t accept redemption codes

You buy a subscription for Instabridge from a third party like MacWorld and you try to put the redemption code in the app and it says “Invalid Code” do you have no way to see how much of your data you’re using. And you try to go through customer service to get it corrected and after a week they have done nothing, do your self a favor and get esims from Airalo, or Nomad and save yourself the pain.
