I subscribed for the free trial and deleted the app and I was charged a week later of $16.28 , and I contacted apple support and I was not refunded even tho I no longer had the app . Very disappointed in this app and apple support. It’s not 2.99 app it’s $16!
It’d be nice if videos actually played, I either have to wait a week or repeatedly tap on a video, not an exaggeration, at least(me being nice) 20 times. And even then if I pause it, their goes the video I was watching and another week wait begins.
The software can not keep me on the subscribers list. Keeps asking me to sign in with a code, I sign in but never get asked for the code. Then nothing. It only works SOMETIMES. REALLY RIDICULOUS! I expect more from a premium channel like HBO! Come on, people!
Why do I pay for an app just to find the shows uploaded to YouTube hours before they show up on the app? If i can just watch the content on a free app I’ll cancel the subscription.

For whatever reason, the audio/video are almost always significantly off, which makes it near impossible to watch anything.
You guys rob money to people. With the auto-renew of the subscription. Don’t ask at the costumers, just do the charge of the credit card. Y feel cheated.
As a Dish subscriber I have the HBO go app on my iPhone and streaming for free. The adverts for HBO go and HBO now describe these services as “free” and “streaming with a fee” respectively. After HBO was no longer available on Dish I was immediately charged a $14.99 a month fee and no longer have access to my personal information on my account so I cannot cancel my subscription! After “NUMEROUS” emails and calls I have yet to resolve this issue and am unable to speak to a living human being to get it resolved! Even the emails are automated and blame Dish for my inconvenience! This is the worst customer service (if you can call it that!) that I have EVER received (or not received!) from anyone ever!!! No wonder Dish dropped you! If you do not contact me to resolve this issue immediately I will be notifying the BBB, FCC, and anyone else I can. You cannot blame your poor customer service on Dish any longer!
The Programer’s definitely are just building their first app like this. Netflix never had such things happen. During my first movie the second ad kept on playing what a pain. Tried different things but all useless. Loved the movie which was not available on Netflix or Amazon, ended up buying it to watch it. So if any owners actually read this. Get it done otherwise you will need to move over.
Awful service - 1. the app never knows what I am watching 2. Counter-intuitive interface. 3. Doesn't work outside US, if you are using the same handset and US number. 4. Doesn't switch seamlessly between laptop, mobile and tablets 5. Can't use the app to watch shows offline
