Releases on Sunday for some idiot reason and it’s Sunday but new episode isn’t available?!?? So not even just Sunday, but a specific idiot time on Sunday. Whoever did this schedule on a streaming service should lose their job.
I live the catalogue and the price is reasonable. It’s very slow to load compared to other streaming apps. I also hate that I can’t keep it playing while using other apps. I wish it would small screen and keep going like many rivals do so we can multi task on our devices.
it keeps crashing everytime i open the app. i can’t even watch shows anymore
Even if I have content previously downloaded, I cannot access it while in airplane mode if my HBO app hasn’t already been running in the background with connectivity previous to take off. If I remember to have the app running in the background before takeoff, I can easily access the titles and have no issues watching while flying.
I would say that it crashes at least a dozen times per show. The time of day does not matter, as my other apps work just fine. It is 2023 and this should not be happening with an app.
This app is terrible. Watching a series and it keeps switching to the next episode before the first episode finishes. Then trying to skip the intro and it keeps starting over. Horrible.
Why does this app crash so much? Why add and remove the same movies/series ? Is half of a star possible until the problems are fixed.
I have been paying $12.71 since I’ve had the service and without my permission raised the rate to $15.89 I will cancel if you don’t fix my rate to what it should be $12.71 That’s really slimy to raise my rate without permission
Had to delete the app. The content is just too woke, can’t let my kids watch.
