Even though I have money on my Apple account payment keep declining when am trying to subscribe to one week, what could be the issue, Apple said all my settings are okay I should contact the seller

HONEST REVIEW- PLEASE READ
Most of these self proclaimed “serious sisters” (looool) are nothing but wasting time, youre not the only guy they’re talking to and vice versa. Why give your phone number if you’re not interested in replying? If i dont get a reply within a day (max), i delete your info. Same situation, these apps give you “too much choices” i would think less than 1% of people end up getting married and muzz high jacks the numbers to make it seem like you have a “great” opportunity. Trust me, go and find someone, go approach them, go talk, real life always , ALWAYS beats internet. If you approached the same girl you liked on this app in real life, you have a HUUUUGE opportunity to meet her dad and what not, and end up getting married. Other than that, youre just another option on the app. This goes for guys and girls.

Bad experience
I’ve been on Muzz for quite sometime, mostly because I was busy studying, but when I finished university I decided to get serious about finding someone to marry. But after a little while my profile had been blocked and they said contact support. When I did they said I was using two accounts, which is false. When I told them it was false they said they would escalate it to the appropriate team, which I have not heard back in months.
Great idea but greedy developers
The app is okay, there are some fake profiles but the majority are real. However, what’s the point of this app if you have to pay an expensive premium to know who liked you or to message someone you are interested in?! Further more, they shadow ban you if you don’t buy the gold membership! It’s really disappointing and kinda shows that the intention is to make huge profit using religion. The premium aspect need to be dropped as it completely makes the app useless and push users and potential ones away with bad reviews. Oh and I don’t know why there’s a filter for matching with people from “isr**l” like, huh??!! Despite everyone complaining about the expensive subscription they raised the price!
App is down since yesterday 5th May 2023
App is down since yesterday 5th May 2023 . I see lot of duplicate profiles having same photo but different names. Very few candidates available to match which is the primary reason to use this application. Paid version doesn’t offer many benefits.
