This is a good app to get going and start a habit, but the workouts start out at an extremely easy difficulty. Some of there apps have “extreme” versions of the workouts, but they are a large jump from the standard workout. There is nothing that starts toward the middle which deters me from using this or any of the other fitness22 apps.
I'm not "fit" but I'm not completely out of shape. I just want to tone up. The app itself works great but the workouts are too easy and don't increase in difficulty even at the end of the 8 weeks. And because of that it really makes the program a once through because even if you wanted to start over after 8 weeks nobody would want to do 5 reps of a workout after they've worked their up. I wish there were different levels of difficulty. I would like to be challenged.

I'm just now getting back into exercising. I need to see what they want me to do. For example how do I know I'm doing a reverse leg lift correctly?

That keep you moving!!!! I was not in the mood of exercising and I am already 3 weeks using it with no interruption and very motivated.
Didn't know where to begin getting in shape until I found this app. It eased me into exercising.
