Undeniably fun game, but without sound so much is lost! I knew what I was likely getting into from reading reviews of all the bugs everyone had, but my hopes were high to have a playable experience. I’ll reinstall and hope for the best!
The narrative of the game is interesting and really well done. But the game - not really: - Karma points, light and dark side, like zombifying imposement of what is right and wrong. - The game lacks many explanations and info about its mechanics and progression. You’ll need to use wiki, or to figure out it yourself through multiple tries and reloads. - There is a bug with reloading a save game. Sometimes it loads incorrectly, or in the middle of the battle. Verdict: the game is linear and flawed in many ways, but the story makes gaming worth your while.
I purchased my app for iPhone since my iPad is not compatible. I would like to be able to enlarge screen text. Just started playing the game.
Please update the game to have proper controller support.
Why are you reading my review? There are a billion reviews of this out there! Go read a classic one from the 2000s and get hyped! It is 4 stars only because there is no gamepad support yet, unlike the first game ported by Aspyr. These guys have all of my respect for the amazing work they do, and I’m sure that the gamepad support will come. At the moment though, it’s a pretty glaring absence. I’m not a fan of touch controls, so I’m looking forward to being able to play this with my Razer Kishi. If that’s not something that bothers you, then there’s no reason not to get this game. KOTOR 1 and 2 are the best RPGs you can put on your iPhone, no competition.
I’ve had to restart my game from the beginning twice because of bugs in quest interactions that keep coming up and ruining the game. The latest bug encountered was, after collecting and installing the cryogenic power cell on the airspeeder on Nar Shaddaa, the game still tells me that the airspeeder is “missing a power cell.” Fix your game, please.
Incredibly involving story and excellent on the iPad as long as you skip the swoop bike racing quests, which is unplayable on an iPad.
A fantastic game: one of all time my favorites.
I don’t understand how this one doesn’t but the last one does. Any chance that will be added soon? Specifically referring to controllers like the Backbone.
The game is awesome other than all the glitches that happens, having trouble completing the game as it always either throws me out after a cut scene on Nar Shaddaa and dantooine always goes black once you have prep for battle. Please fix these bugs.
