No longer groups by month

I really like this app and I’ve been using it for the past 4 years? I’m not sure, I have an iPhone and this was a lifesaver when my storage was so small the only real problem I have is that with the new update my photos instead of being grouped by the month it’s by day, and it is kinda annoying I'm an artist and a cluttered brain so I really like that all of the photos I took where grouped by month instead of the day I also don’t tend to take a bunch of photos unless I’m doing art but I do still really like the app and I really did like that feature.

Awesome app

I love that Google Photos safely stores my photos so I can free up space on my phone. I also really like the fact that the location is saved. Not only does it help with a photo search, it also ties in with Google Maps so you can mark out the places you’ve been. Additionally, if you take a picture of your vehicle before going to an amusement park, mall, etc; the map will tell you where you parked!! 😃
