It should be great but it seems Jim and his team really just don’t care. There is zero service and no support. No one ever responds. I won’t keep this.
Lots of information doesn’t show up. Makes the app worthless
Interface is clunky, content has disappeared, it's not fun to use. We are half way thru 2029 and this app feels like 1999. You guys need to catch up.
How doe this organization provide such valuable advice while producing such a terrible application? C’mon Street Team... dedicate some resources to this application and give your paying customers some modicum of quality.
After the iOS 13.5.1 update I can no longer log into it or restore my subscription. The payment went thru fine just before as you might expect.
It is a pay forever app. $30 a month for the cheap advice ..... and more if you want to blow more money
Still no reply from TheStreet or Cramer. They simply ignore. app for iPhone is broken and unusable - no replies since September 2019. Busted. Can’t remember when a vendor was so disrespectful to its clients. Does the complete refusal to react at all to these major bugs mean this App is going away? Seems so. 6 months reporting by many and no relies. The app for the Action Alerts club is nearly useless. As reported by others major features of this app like seeing the darn stock names - now they are invisible - has been broken and no responses by customer service despite several emails and calls. Also now the Forum ask question doesn’t work as well.
Please fix this app. It is unusable on iPhone or the iPad. Non of the ticker symbols appear, so you have to click through every single one to view it. This makes the app highly cumbersome to use. Not worth the subscription at this point.
