After several tries cannot access book through this app.
Completely useless. Not sure why any half decent public library would use this app. Whoever is responsible for this project in Adobe should be ashamed
I purchased an e-book without realizing it was applied through this program. Webcourses/canvas e-books run smoother than this. The UI is ugly, clunky, slow and whoever is doing your backend must be a first year coder. This is a forgotten app of Adobe, look elsewhere if at all possible.
Avoid this app if you can.
If you buy a book to read check first if this is the platform they use and buy a paperback copy. I sent hours and was still unsuccessful at getting the book to load and the author would not give a refund.
I recently discovered Archive.org and was excited to read some old books that aren't available at my library. Unfortunately, I've spent nearly an hour trying to figure out how to get them into the app on my iPhone. Finally saw that I can sync from computer to iPhone with the same Digital Editions ID (originally that only appeared to be via USB, which is a hassle), but now the app isn't available on Mac (even though it says "one ebook reader... across your iPad, Mac or PC"). So, a waste of time. Very disappointing, Adobe. I expected more from you.
Beyond basic features. Can’t even get a full-page view on my iPhone. No pinch to zoom. You’re lucky to get 2-3 sentences in one page even in smallest font size. Use another app.
This app is pure trash! Frequently crashes, no easy way to read and highlight some stuff. Try your luck somewhere else.
Who are the bottom-of-their-class programmers who wrote this monstrosity? Seriously? Trying to sync a book I downloaded from my library onto an iPad. I created an Adobe account to enable syncing, and the book I want to read shows up in the Library. But when I try to read the book, all I get is a dialog prompting me to deauthorize the iPad. Badly designed!!!
