I like this app. It seems to have a good grasp on the different skill levels. I’ve had trouble keeping up with even the beginner levels on some other apps, but not this one. I would like to be able to select a max walk time for the end of the plan. When I get towards the 30-40 minute days it will be difficult to find that much time every day- that’s my problem ;). My one big complaint relates to the meal plans. There are very few vegetables! Not even a suggestion to serve with a salad or steamed broccoli. I made cashew chicken (I think that was the name) and added a package of frozen vegetables. Otherwise it would just have onions.
The update has removed a feature I liked. The map showing my route and pace. Also, I cannot hear the prompts from the encouragement coach concerning distance and pace changes. Issues resolved. Yay! I’m back to enjoying the app.
After you enter your information it never gives you the amount fo tune your supposed to walk to lose weight.
I bought this app a while ago but didn’t start it until June 2021. I started at intermediate it was easy but I’m now on the 12th week and it was tough! Just being consistent and staying on track. I’m now going into the 100 for another 12 weeks. It’s great! I try not to end up on a treadmill because It only tracks calories. This app is great for anyone! Update: There is a coach that coach you. If you have apple fitness like me all you need to do is allow the app to have access to your apple health and it will automatically record your stats each time. Yes there is a fee after the trial - ITS like that - If you created an app would you let others have it for free? Some of these negative comments are ridiculous. Most of which can be resolved with common sense.
Doesn’t provide proper training plan and seems to mess up the info on apple fitness app. Want my money back . Have deleted app after 3 days and canceled sub but they still have my $ 39 pa .
Seems like they have thought of most everything one would need for a successful program. My only complaint is that the food and recipe section has only recipes for meat eaters. I’m vegan and would love to see recipes that I could make. Others on special diets may feel the same. Great ap otherwise👍😁
