I have no idea how to eliminate the monthly charges on Apple. I sent an email to support with no response. I can’t remember signing up for monthly charges nor professional monitoring. I want out and have no idea how to do it. I gave a 1 star for ease of use.
This app and also the camera are junk don't waste your money. The alarm didn't stay on, doesn't even notification when motion is detected. Super glitchy and not happy at all with software.
I keep hearing “Guardzilla is initialized” and “pairing successful” both are lies havnt been able to bring it up on three different phone. For two hundred bucks you can do a lot more with your money. elsewhere
When I first got these cameras they worked great. Now most of the time you can’t get the app to work, when it does it takes forever for it to sync with the cameras. If they don’t fix the problem I will have thrown $200 out the window.
Couldn’t even get it registered.
I will open the app, it takes 30 seconds - 1 minute to show the status of the camera if at all. Double tap home, close the app, open it again, it asks me to log in. Close the app again and restart, and I’m logged in again. Sometimes the camera doesn’t show up and the app freezes.... I’m trying to use this to keep track of my father and its just causing more anxiety.
I bought this and was very excited until I got home and turned it on. Took a half hour just to sign up. A hour later and still won’t be connected to the camera. It’s bs and isn’t worth 80 dollars.
Bought this & still wont connect. After doing some research I found out the company & Camera is a scam. Nobody answers the phones, nobody emails you back & nobody returns your product back when u send it in. Now I’m out of $99 & my Camera. Total BS & these people are getting away w it! I will be reporting Guardzilla to the BBB 🖕🏻🤨🖕🏻

Whatever you do, do not update this app If you have an earlier version. I had zero complaints really until I updated the app. Now I have to log-in almost every single time I open the app, then it tells me my password is incorrect until I tap “log in” 3-4 times, once I’m actually in the application sometimes my cameras do not appear or it’s very sluggish and I have to start the process all over again. They need to fix these glitches immediately, until then it’s going to be a 1 star from me..
