This is a great app and I use it frequently. However, I have run into a major problem. I recently got a new phone. The app was transferred but my documents were not. Is there a person who can tell me how to do this or direct me to where to find this information? PLEASE HELP
The app is great when it works properly! I pay to send faxes which is cheaper than if I were to go to a copy store to use fax but sometimes it doesn’t recognize my purchase! When I want to send faxes on the fly, this is not reliable. Not to mention the money I lose out on when I make a purchase through the app..2 stars for now

I have found this app to be exceptional! I use it nearly everyday for many jobs that would have been a real pain to do. It is easy and reliable. I have tried MANY. Other scanning apps, none work as well as this one. This app has simplified my life!
I use it for digital filing on my iPhone. App works perfectly w/my MacBook Pro.
Used the website in efforts to get a refund or troubleshoot the app... no response after 3 weeks. Cannot get it to work properly
At first I thought this app was great. Then, when I really needed it, it duplicated and then deleted all my receipts. I still use it because I paid for it, and I like the annotation feature, but I have to take a photo of every receipt, then pull them from my photos when it’s time to do my expenses.
I’m having the very same problem as the original author of this complaint! After getting hooked on this APP, it no longer works. “What’s going on, people? For a couple of years I’ve used this app without any problems. I have MyScans Pro! It has been awesome, saving me countless headaches! Then a couple of weeks ago, it quit loading. It will not load on my iPhone, and it will not load on my iPad Pro. I have access to my documents in the Cloud, accessible through the developer’s website for this app, but the app itself has become totally useless. Deleting and re-downloading does not help. And, yes, I automatically update all apps and os/ios software. Help!”
Paid for the app and downloaded. Scanned documents and when I try to email them I get a message no mail account on this device. No tech support number to call. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!
I upgraded to Pro. Then used some of the pro features(send file by email). A few days later, it won’t let me send file by email, and is saying I need to upgrade to pro. Something is very broken when the app keeps asking for money just to move your scanned files.
