Amazing SQ/Crap Player Fomat
Tidal is the exact opposite. Wish you guys would merge. My cassette player has better functionality. I’d pay more money for your service with a better player.
Good app
I like this app so far, sounds way better then Apple Music lossless, but I wish it had more songs/albums, also I wish you could search for music in your playlists
Beautiful Sound, Still Some Issues
I love their support for classical music, including album credits and some liner notes. The sound quality is wonderful. App version 7.0.0 appears to have solved some playback issues I had. Still would like faster download to device. I am enjoying it his beautiful service.

Love the concept of Qobuz Magazine! You have the best streaming service available for your money and the price tag is good and everything but there is a slight delay when initiating a music stream where one must click twice on the play button and just wanted to bring toss to your attention. An easy fix!
Recommendation
Can you develop an Apple tv app, and can the new Magazie be switched on and off manually, and can you make it easier to select Favorites songs? And then there isn't any human customer service or email address?
Charging my card but can’t use the app
When I first download in Qobuz, I loved it it worked great, and sounded even better but at some point I don’t know why my app logged me out and I tried to log back in, but it kept saying that I was no longer a subscribed member I checked my Apple account and my subscription was good. I tried to reach out to Qobuz, but there is no way for me to contact them. It only says they are unavailable at the moment so I tried to re-download the app. Read log back in restore purchases, and none of that has brought back my subscription. They just rebuild my account today so they are getting money and I am not getting the it is unfortunate that such a good streaming platform does not have a tech line or somebody I can contact about this I did not want to leave a bad review since I liked the app but I have no choice
Not worth the money, not enough features
I downloaded and am trying a one month subscription of Qobuz as the quality of my music is very important to me. Perhaps in the past, it may have been worth the money to use and pay for this application, but at this current moment, the quality of music on Apple Music is just as good (look for music in the Spatial Audio section and ensure your settings are properly setup). Apple Music has many more features than Qobuz has and is cheaper to use. So I believe this a pretty simple decision to make. I am cancelled my Qobuz subscription and staying with Apple Music.
