Securely access your computer from your iOS device. It's fast, simple and free. • Download the Chrome Remote Desktop app from the Chrome WebStore on the computer you want to access remotely. • Install Chrome Remote Desktop software and follow the instructions to complete setup. • On your iOS device, open the app and tap on any of your online computers to connect.
This app seems to be deprecated. Rip
The app does not work with tablet.
They stop supporting ios 10 so sad... plz come back...
This is pure BS. Why stop support for older os. Just make a simple app Dr older phones.
No connection issues at all. Gotta love 2019 where I don’t have to type in an IP address, set up port forwarding etc. Plug and play.
Just switched over from TeamViewer (using on personal computer, and they were claiming it was being used commercially) and I’m super impressed with the quality/speed, lack of bugs, excellent mobile apps (iOS & Android). Bravo guys.
Been using this app since early 2016. Probably the best remote app I’ve ever used. You get the quality without needing to resort to these other companies that want you to pay for the premium package. Edit (8/19/19) - 5⭐️ to 3⭐️ No idea what’s going on on their end but as of a few months ago I cannot safely choose “remember my PIN” on a mobile device. If I do, it refuses to connect the next time. Otherwise this app is a life saver. I don’t know why it hasn’t been rectified all these months.
The critical problem with this app is a lack of a customized onscreen keyboard - there’s no way to send control or command sequences to the remote system. The ability to store PIN (access) numbers would also be an improvement. Also, something to remember when running Remote Desktop on a headless (no monitor) Mac- if the text from menus and windows is missing, you’ll need to purchase a hdmi Display Emulator plug
All you need is wireless keyboard for arrow down and up, right and left, and return as right click.
Thank you Google's Brothers and Sisters. Very useful software. H
