this is a really helpful app besides the fact it disconnects like nobodys business
The mouse cursor is out of synch with the host on MacOS making the app unusable.
Tried following the tips on connection error - disabled extensions, used incognito window. Looks like the connection is initially established then disconnects after about 1 second. Attempting to connect to updated ASUS Chromebook from updated iPhone 11.
One of the best Remote Desktop apps out there. No fuss. Easy to use. Connection is stable. Thank you google.
No issues. Works as expected. Is free.
Works great when it wants to.
I love the idea of the app and when it works I absolutely love it. But it’s a 50/50 if it’ll work or just show a unresponsive black screen. Is there a fix to this?
This was wonderful for years but it doesn’t work on my iPhone anymore. There’s something wrong with the screen resolution. I can’t tap anything on the computer I’m connecting to. I use this to connect to my PC and Mac from my iPhone and my PC is even worse: I only get to see one monitor out of two and I still can’t click anything. Something really bad happened in a recent update
Works really well if you don’t mind no sound. Other apps like Splashtop are free and work with sound.
The cursor in the app is not synced to the cursor on your computer. I’ve seen other people complain about this same problem. It makes the app useless. You can never tell where it is. I don’t understand how a company can have a product out there that completely doesn’t work and not at least try to fix it.
