Securely access your computer from your iOS device. It's fast, simple and free. • On the computer you want to access remotely, open Chrome and visit the Chrome Remote Desktop website • Follow the instructions to set up your computer for remote access • On your iOS device, open the app and tap on any of your online computers to connect
This app just doesn’t work for iPhone 11 Pro Max with chromebook. It says computer is not online even though both on same WiFi network?!
I have been using this app to connect to my computer... Always worked well but for couple of days it is just trying to connect for ever and at the end it says error connecting...
The app can see host computers added to Remote Desktop bit can it cannot connect to them. The app either never asks for the access PIN or repeatedly denies access after correctly entering the PIN.
Hands down easiest to set up. Deserves a better rating imo.
Basically everything about this remote desktop is the full experience you could hope for, BUT it is impossible to do certain tasks without access to those those pesky modifier keys. The Microsoft Remote Desktop app manages to do this.
Not sure why Google would put out something so bad. Seems like it used to work better, but now rarely connects even when I’m at home on the same WiFi network. If you’re looking for a remote connection to your computer that’s stable and reliable, this isn’t it.
The app is great. Even when I’m far away from the computer it still works. But I have a suggestion. Make it when I use the real mouse on the computer the cursor will move on my iPhone. But great app.
When I use this app from my IOS mobile I face difficulty when required using right click on the remote PC It would be helpful if you add this option unless I am missing how to get it
I have no idea what happened with the last update but now it won’t let me connect to my pc even though it’s showing that it’s available.
I would’ve given this 5 stars and still may,if I can figure out how to enlarge the the desktop remotes into. I pushed the slide to enlarge and it’s still small. If I mirror my device on my big screen I probably could but it’s not always an option.
