This app has taught me how to have a more positive outlook on life, myself, people and my surroundings. It has also helped me improve my confidence. It is really good for people who need to learn to de stress and calm themselves down as well as keeping themselves happy and they’re mental health good
I don’t reach out for help outside of myself but this app has so many tools for channeling the river of life. I do like the aspect of having a coach basically on call also. Just having some one to respond when you are trying to heal is great! I recommend this to anyone at any point of your life’s journey. I will also say the app assumes you have mental illness, which maybe we all do, but a couple of quizzes asked what do I feel when I’m open about my illness. I don’t identify with having an illness so answering those questions felt strange.
So far, I think this is a good app. I was looking to share it with a person that speaks mostly Spanish, as I noticed that they had Spanish as a language option. Unfortunately, the videos are not translated or even subtitled! Very disappointing, Sanvello.
I use this app EVERYDAY for my anxiety/depression. My favorite things are the chat groups, mood tracker, and the meditation. I have a premium account and it’s just so great this app really does everything it can to help, and it does. Though I wish we could make personal chat groups between people.. I know there’s the thing about privacy. But sometimes people pass number through the chats but keep in mind there’s like 1000+ people who can see, so adding a function where people can become real friends and get personal and feel even better talking about they’re experiences.(maybe this could be done if everyone had they’re own personal chat code that they could share or sumn else idk lol). But I never feel completely lost with this app it’s a great help and makes me feel less alone..it’s also good whether u pay or not it’s all round great! ;))
I just started using this app and am already recommending it to people. Most mental health apps do one of two things and this has it all in one place. I really enjoy the goal setting and mood tracker options and have loved looking through the rest of what the app offers. It’s also stress free (unlike other apps I’ve tried) and doesn’t recommend a specific schedule for your activities or use of it. So if you use a meditation one day but not the next, the app won’t send you notifications that shame you for not taking that action.

This app is amazingly effective in the moment, and by far better than any other apps I have tried. Having it at your fingertips is extremely helpful. HIGHLY recommend!
