I started this app without a therapist. I told my regular therapist about it. We are now working together with the app. It is easy to use. It is unobtrusive. I really think more people would be helped with this app than with the others out there. I’ve tried most of them.
My anxiety flared up today and it was not subsiding. I sat down in my chair in the bedroom and ask my wife to get my phone. I went to the calm app, listen to video breathing exercise, after one minute in the video Can feel my anxiety subsiding. When I felt the relief I got more encouraged. It got the job done in a short time. I felt so appreciative that I had to write a review.
I highly recommend this app to anyone suffering anxiety/depression. I have only had the app one week and I have already learned so much!! Coping mechanisms, how anxiety works & why, and I am building a tool kit to help when anxiety rears it’s ugly head!!! Helping me to stay one step ahead!! GET THIS APP!!!
My baby girl is 3 months old and I’m struggling with PPA but it’s more of a general anxiety. This app has helped me with some dark times. I love it!
Incredibly thankful for finding this app back in 2016 and am still so thankful for it now. It’s been so helpful in learning how to work through and manage my General Anxiety Disorder. Highly recommend Sanvello to anyone who is regularly challenged by anxiety and/or stress and who is willing to seek help in coping with the mental and physical affects of it.
This app is useful and helpful, but it is a bit cumbersome to use and not exactly intuitive. I would like it to be a little more instructive on how one should proceed through the various trainings.
I’ve only been using this for about 3 days, and it is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been struggling with stress and side affects of adhd for quite some time, and this is by far the most stress-free and useful app I’ve ever used, it makes me so happy, to finally have something that gives me hope into getting better, thank you!
Great couch and everything is very helpful. I love it and I’m using it on a daily base.
Things that are too embarrassing to do in a therapy session can be done in the comfort of your own home. Very helpful
