WORST APP EVER

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST APP EVER!!! I WASTED $15 for a subscription. I NEVER CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION SO FAST. Literally terrible doesn’t even give answers and you ask a question and nobody answers for hours!!!! LITERALLY A SCAMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s not worth it

I am leaving today, it’s not worth it I am paying a subscription and now I can’t access the documents because it says it is lock. Like come on we are paying money for this service and you can not even access to it. I am very disappointed chegg is cheaper and it’s way better . Don’t pay subscription for this app it’s very disgusting you only have 30 documents unlock and you are paying is too expensive

It takes way longer than they say.

I asked a question and they said my wait time would be 50 minutes. I ended up getting the question answered 8 hours later. Horrible. I don’t recommend this app.

Disappointed

I was really disappointed with the purchase. You don’t get much. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! Even after uploading documents I still was unable to get unlocks. Ridiculous!

Dont pay for nun on this app they will tell 25 dollars for a stadard and end up charging you 100 dollars for full year membership dont get this app they fooling folks and half the time the question aint even right
