Glitchy, clunky, & not intuitive
The app function frequently loses orders once a deal or reward is added. But the app still freezes all functionality of these so when you try to re-order, none of those are available due to the time limit. It force quits when you submit an order & doesn’t show up in the “recent orders” tab. Once you recreate your whole order & pay, it charges you twice. Store employees are not app developers so while a lot of this frustration is not their fault at all, they are also completely unable to fix it & can only suggest you reach out using the app.

where is the “my basket” button how am i supposed to order without even being able to access the food i want 😭
Constant bugs
Almost every time I try to order something with this app there’s always some issue. What do you mean I can’t order lunch items during the restaurant’s lunch time because there’s items from a different mealtime in my cart? Why can’t I see my alleged cart and empty it? Also why can’t we use our points and a deal at the same time? This app is continually frustrating and has been for years.

Great deals, terrible app
It’s a crapshoot on whether or not the app is going to load. I’ve kept it updated and still have issues. It will keep past orders active in my bag. Sometimes I can’t even access the bag. The deals are amazing but if you want to order ahead, good freaking luck.
New update at the expense of a favorite feature
The new update is nice but before I was able to change the store location after I sent the order. Please bring that feature back.
App steals points; constantly have to call customer service
I loved the app when it first started. I could order food through app, gain points, get mobile code number and pay at the window or use card on file. Now, it won’t give me a mobile code unless I use card on file!! Also, if I backspace at all in the app, app steals my points on something I would have gotten for free. App used to be easy to use. Now it just seems more of a hassle! I don’t always want to use card on file and I don’t feel like calling customer service every time that app steals my points; never got my stollen points back either!!!!
Liars !Scammers
It said I used to code which I didn’t use it today . They know when you will use a code so sometimes they’ll Block it ! My friends get different discounts than I do .
The app is good until it’s not.
Lately this app has been glitchy to the point of unnecessary irritation. I don’t feel like uninstalling and reinstalling every time I need to place an online order. If you’re going to sell us literal poison that’s technically not even real food then you should at least get your tech crew together. Nothing is good about McDonalds.
