I previously loaded your app then ended up deleting it because it rarely worked. My husband wanted me to reinstall so I did. Can’t use it at all. Keeps saying password incorrect or email invalid. Then send me a 4 digit code I enter it and I’m told it’s invalid. I give up
I sent this to Contact Us yesterday & didn’t get a response. I would like to go there this morning, but can’t log into app! Guess I’ll go to Wendy’s: “App worked fine yesterday, 11/30. This morning, 12/1, app asked me to sign in again; I selected the email option. I received email, clicked on the link, and it sent me to McDonalds website not the app. Message said Almost there! Please select the register device link directly from your phone to register your new device. I did click on mail link from my phone! Didn't see any other links I could click on. Cant use app. Wont let me sign in, had to order manually and didnt get credit for order. Can you fix this and give me points for order this morning?” Update - I’ve fully deleted the app twice. I’ve rebooted my phone several times. I’ve tried the link from the iPhone mail app, & logged into Comcast email through my phone. Nothing works. I believe there is an error in the email confirmation link. It thinks I am clicking on the link from a device other than my phone, & doesn’t complete the confirmation process. I get a McDonalds webpage error page instead of the app. I have seen recent comments in this section from others with the exact same problem, so it is probably not a problem on my end. Is there a way to confirm me manually so I can use the app until this is straightened out?

I’ve been able to use this app twice. Other than that it logs me out and when I try to log back in I keep getting an error code. My app is updated so it’s pretty frustrating 🤷🏼♀️
I downloaded the app and now, it would let me sign in because it thinks I’m signing up for a new account. I spend so much money at McDonald’s! Every day, I’m dropping $30-$40 dollars for lunch to feed my family of 6. It use to work so well. I delete the app and downloaded it 4 times and nope, it won’t work again.
I like the app is very convenient but I wish the food would be ready by the time we pick up, sometimes I’m in the curbside and the drive thru cars leave faster than me. So now I just wait on the line.
First of all no one at inside ordering. I flagged someone down for my order. I than asked for more napkins and they disappeared to the back. I flagged another employee for napkins, still no napkins.
