I use the NYT cooking atleast once a day. It’s just the best! I always read the notes for the recipes as well, they are very helpful. Best recipe app out there, hands down.
Usually love this app and use it daily. However, over the past few weeks the iPad and iPhone apps keep crashing. When one pays a subscription it can be frustrating to not be able to use the app. Nor does there appear to be an easy way to communicate issue with New York Times’ app developer. Update... nice t see a positive response to my post. The developers fixed the issue and now all is good with the app.
Thank you, developers, for fixing the October instant crash issue. I’m very glad to be able to reliably access the site again.
Well put together- easy to follow and the comments and suggestions from readers often help too. Thank you for so many great cooking ideas! Andra
nice variety of cuisines
I turn to NyTimes cooking several times a week. My go to site for dinner inspiration. Very reliable recipes and a widely varied site. Love Melissa Clark, Sam Sifton and Dorie Greenspan.
Best thing about nyt cooking is there are lots of options for ingredients I have. Type in “lasagna” and you’ll find something complex that takes hours to prep and also a quick mushroom pesto option with Parmesan and a sprinkle of sage .. or whatever is on hand.
This is bad for a paid app
You find recipes you like, you can save them to a personalized recipe box and then, the best part, with the click of a button it creates a grocery list for you! Can’t imagine anything easier or better. Pure genius!
Every recipe claims to be the best but I declare this is it!!!
