When I had android this app worked just fine, but that was a long time ago. Now I have an apple phone and when I click on the app it’s just a white screen. Update: thanks for fixing the issue. I love the app
I like how it goes along with the TEAS manual book. Lots of practice questions, I just wish it wasn’t that pricy. 12.99 a month. Some other apps are cheaper. Depending if that matters to you. They have a 3-day trail and you can cancel if you don’t like it.
I passed the TEAS today with a 89% overall. This app made me enjoy studying much more than teas booklets and helped SO much. It tracks your performance and it said after all the practice tests that my overall was 90% so it is LEGIT. It really gets you ready; I am super thankful for this app. I never write reviews, but my god, whoever invented this app, thaaaank you!
This app is all you need trust me. I registered the teas late and realized I had two weeks left before April ends. I used just this app and learnt almost everything and took the test. I passed but I retook it today because my school needs you to do well on the Reading. This app is great. I had an 88 in English and Maths, 68 in Science and 65 in Reading and that’s awesome because this is all I used when I didn’t remember anything in mathematics
This app was pretty much a complete waste of time and money for me. Sure it includes 500 questions for each section, but what’s the point of learning 500 question concepts if only 2 of them appear on the teas test. I’m warning anyone reading this, don’t waste your time or money with this app. Instead try ati pocket prep and the teas secret book (on amazon for 30 bucks). I came just short of passing, and I regret putting countless hours into this app, when I could’ve been using a more helpful app like pocket prep.
Overall, this app does a very good job preparing you for the math, English, and grammar sections. However, I personally felt that it does not prepare you enough for the science. Other than that, it was very effective and helped me pass!
This has been a great prep tool for the TEAS test and I can take it anywhere I go, since it’s on my phone. My problem with it is that I crashes. I noticed it most when trying to review my results on the practice tests, I could not review what I missed or got correct. This made it difficult to know what I needed to work on. But other than that it’s pretty good! Over 1300 practice questions, some of them seem repetitive but I think that is the point. This is to prep you for the style of test not the actual questions you will see.
I did the endocrine section 7 times and it still doesn't unlock the next section which is the skeletal system.
My personal backstory: I gave myself 6 weeks of total studying time before the exam but really only “buckled down” about 4 weeks before. Besides math, these were not topics I had studied since high school (graduated HS in 2013). I took the test yesterday (Jan. 7, 2020) for the first time ever and scored 80% which I was really happy with! I used this app + the Mometrix ATI TEAS Secrets Study Guide. Review: The interface of this app is really easy and nice to use! When I purchased it, I didn’t realize there is also an online interface you can use - exact same as the app but just on an internet browser / computer. This was so amazing to complete the 2 different practice exams they offer! I didn’t realize when I purchased but this app offers 2 different practice exams which are really, really helpful especially if you are taking the online proctored version of the exam since it’s a similar platform/interface. I especially loved this app because it made it so easy to do practice questions anytime and actually study effectively - especially for practicing math problems and the English questions! I would read a section in the mometrix book and then quiz myself on that section in this app. IMPORTANT: After taking my exam, if I could change anything, I wish I would have focused more on the science portion in this app! This app’s questions were much closer to the exam questions than the mometrix book was because the anatomy questions were much more specific and detailed like the exam. The only “bad” thing I can say about this app, is on that on the practice exams there’s no way to flag a question for review or to go back to any question you want while taking the practice exam. There’s only a “next” button but it would be nice to go back and revise answers if necessary.
Doesn’t show progress.
