I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Continuously opens on a page to continue as myself or login as a different LinkedIn user. From here I cannot go anywhere. Nothing happens when I press either “button” I can only close the app.
Everything works great on my PC but when using the app on my phone, the search functions are almost unusable. They do not have any live tech support and I have gone back-and-forth with their support team for weeks with no solution
On iPhone XR with iOS 16 and a free trial of Sales Navigator and it will not open. It stays stuck in the sign in with linked profile or create new profile. Buttons do not work. Thought I could leverage this app and service for my Photography sales but it seems to not work at all. Very disappointed.
This app is very well designed and user friendly
I reached out to LI Support and they acknowledged there's a bug for a core feature: Messages. There is a major bug that keeps the list of active conversations hidden and it's been almost a month where they haven't pushed a build.
I love the opportunity to connect with leaders in the industry and in my field.
Still doesn’t work with iPhone. Wont get passed the login screen. Unreal.
I am amazed at what I believe the power of Sales Navigator is but unfortunately there is virtually no “hands on” support. So….sadly to say I feel I get maybe 10% of the benefit. “If you can figure it out on your own……” seems to be their motto..
