I’m new to the plant based life, and this app makes it much easier to make easy, quick and delicious meals, try it!
I had bought one of the magazines just to try it out and see. After making 3 recipes I was hooked. I am not a vegetarian but these meals are so delicious and healthy for you as well. I do substitute some ingredients as I am not vegan, so I add milk or cheese but my whole weeks dinners were from this app! :)
I have been plant based for 4 years and have had such a hard time finding recipes that are simple to prepare with easy to find ingredients. This app has them and my husband and I now look forward to trying out new things.
I always can find what I am “craving” on here and I know it will be healthy and good for my body. There are so many varieties of recipes I am never wondering what to make. Recipes are easy to follow and ingredients are not unusual.
This app is perfect for anyone interested in plant based diet! It’s super easy to navigate and so very detailed in the recipes! You can also add ingredients to your shopping cart straight from recipes!

I’m having so much fun trying these recipes! I just started eating only plant based foods two months ago and I really needed to liven up my food and expand my menu. The recipes on this app did just that! I can hardly wait to try the next recipe. I love the design of the app with the grocery list and all. I recommend this app. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is that the recipes don’t include the macros (calories, protein, carbs, and fats). It takes me a significant amount of time to figure the macros myself looking up each ingredient.
I have been whole food plant based for 3 years and am also a Registered Dietician and Certified Diabetes Educator. I recommend this application plus the magazine and cookbooks to anyone ready to do what is best for your body. Bon appetit and goodbye medicine. The only drawback to the app is you cannot use it fully in the landscape orientation. Please keep up the great work
