App “delivered” to the restaurant

For some reason, the app decided that rather than delivering to my home, it would “deliver” to the restaurant. Still charged me all the fees for the delivery, of course. This App is garbage.
Got it wrong

This is the third time that I put something in on the app and two of the sandwiches have been wrong. The app is just putting stuff on my sandwich that I didn’t order. Just going to call in and save the headache. Terrible app and should be remade or heavily updated.

The app seems easy to use. I wish they had better rewards and required all subways to participate

First time using the app to order. I loved the option of adding more or less of each item chosen. I wish soup could be an option when doing curbside. I always get a BMT with extra meat but today added a tuna foot long as well that was free with a promo code. Both were delicious and fresh. Service was great as always!
No apparent way to customize

It only offers you signature subs that you can modify from there. Why in the world would they not let you create a sandwich from scratch?

Whose idea was it to not let you say you’ve arrived unless it’s within 5 minutes of order time? And it says “woah there!” Just annoying all around. Let us say we’ve arrived when we’ve arrived and we’ll wait for the food and you’ll know we’re here.

If I am standing 200 feet from one Subway, it shouldn’t put the order in for one all the way across town. Huge oversight, waste of time and honestly money.
