Didn’t work on my phone
After installation, the app requested my log in credentials offering to register me via Apple, Facebook, email etc. after I provided my email through Apple ID, the app didn’t allow me to log in, displaying some kind of error, I tried few times and uninstalled the app, but not before they got my email. Disappointing.
Lots of bugs
Can’t trust app for real-time data. The map and parking garages are fine but thr street parking has lots of small errors. App needs to incentivize the community to submit upsdates. Also, the filters UI sometimes doesnt load the top and bottom buttons so doesn’t allow you to search. You have to force close and reopen the app.
Worst experience parking in New York City
This app caused one of the worst experiences with an app and parking in a garage in New York city I have ever had to manage. As a result I won’t use this app again! Not only wouldn’t the app allow me to set the time I wanted, after resetting the time I NEEDED to park 3 times It booked a session for me WHEN THE GARAGE I WANTED TO USE WAS CLOSED. When I got to the garage they would not honor a reservation but charged me more than double the cost of the reservation I had already paid WAY.com for. No answer on the phone from the garage company…. No cooperation from WAY.com as far as getting a credit for a session I was forced into ( not the time I needed) …. One when the garage was CLOSED! I’m never using spot angels or WAY.com EVER AGAIN! I was double charged and refused customer service when I called. No one seemed to understand or see the issue from my point of view. Horrible “support “ experience with phone agents that refused to help me solve the issue! BOOKING A PARKING LOT RESERVATION was not only complicated and difficult, but it ultimately FAILED and no one even tried to help me when I called for support. No service was provided, No one honored the reservation I tried to make through this service. They just wasted my time with scripted call center responses that only served to frustrate, not to rESOLVE ANYTHING ! Good riddance!
Good but not perfect
Never fully rely on trust this app. I found many streets cleaning day are very inaccurate in queens area NY. Always check on street after parked your car.
It’s Apple Maps for free parking. AMAZING.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this app is absolutely incredible. I live in Los Angeles and parking can be as expensive as the event you’re going to... this app completely alleviated that. I have easily saved hundreds of dollars using this. It is one of my favorite apps I’ve ever found, cannot recommend it enough

Needs more parking options
There are so many parking options in PA that needs to be added. Other apps have those parking available but SpotAngels doesn’t list it
Payment keeps failing
Tried multiple credit cards. All fail.
Ripped off
They told me if I sign for the year subscription and cancel within one week, I would be fully refunded. NOT TRUE. They charged me $29.99. Cannot even find a way to complain.
