They just want money!
Registered for a race but can't download the map. Can't add the map to my Garmin account. The basis app is worthless!
Amazing cycling app!
First off let me say that their customer service is second to no one in this day of pretty poor customer service all around for any kind of company this is is the very best. Secondly, I want to say their app is amazing. It has more cycling metrics than I’ve ever seen even more than training peaks. I’ve been cycling for seven years as a top 1% high mileage cyclist in the world, and I’ve not never heard of this app before not until I switced to wahoo did I discover it! Great complement to any of the other cycling apps out there
Excellent in so many ways
I’ve used this app for personal bike rides and long distance. Before Covid I mapped the Oceanside to Annapolis RAAM event. I was able to add warnings for Railroad crossings, major turns, rest stops, food and supplies. It took some time but it worked. Broke the event into stage segments to keep file size smaller. Used iPad (WiFi only) linked to a Garmin GPS module.

Useless
Pretty useless free version. I pay for apps but not at first or without a trial. I might have tried it but it was $60 a year which is a lot for just planning bike rides which I can do on other apps. Didn’t seem like anything special. Deleted
Travel heaven
I’m on vacation and I don’t know the area, where to ride? And this app has given me multiple routes to choose from , with distances, elevations a profile for each ride, and gravel and road combinations . Having a local guide at my finger tips, thank you, couldn’t ask for more. ☮️🌎🚴🏿♂️Dr Jabb
Great app and so easy to use
The absolute best app for enjoying our sport. The data is real and instantaneous. Works great with my iPhone. And the best thing is that if you want to talk with the founders, they are always available.
Not dependable
Really like features, however when there is an important event or group ride, this app will invariably stop running or crap out. I run 2- apps when riding because of Failures. Sad! Ran app today after long break: Initialized wrong date and time stamp.
Love this App
This is an awesome app. I’ve tried others and this one is the easiest to use. Love that it syncs directly with Bikepacking.com routes.
