I love the open/sex positive culture of this app where people can feel comfortable being honest about what they’re looking for. I also like how much room they give you to type out your bio (1500 characters, unlike 300-500 in other dating apps). But it’s a pretty basic app, with just room for photos and a bio, it completely lacks any filtering options that it’s literally impossible to filter out anything that doesn’t fit what you’re looking for. (Which means endless swiping, but with the free account, you only get a certain number of swipes per day.) Another example: “Single” people on here just means they’re not part of a “Couple Account” - meaning they could still be in a relationship, just not on the app together. Why lump those two criteria into one category when this app is specifically geared to include people who are ENM/poly? Also there are so many bugs/glitches - am not even sure if they are running updates to it.
This app needs work. Not many members, really just trying to get money for people signing up with nothing to offer people who pay for app. DO NOT PURCHASE!
You should be able to sign up without a FB account. Annoying. Is this 2008?
I’ve been on Feeld almost since the very beginning, when it was called 3rnder and have been a majestic (premium) bender for much of that time. On the upside the developers of the app seem to genuinely care about the community and the integrity of their app and giving like-minded folks a platform that’s accepting and good way to connect. On the downside, the app is glitchy. It’s gone through significant changes and is certainly much improved. There are some nagging bugs including one where terminated or deleted members remain in my list of contacts as ghosts and am unable to remove them. There are also a ton of couples advertising as female which is disingenuous, annoying and a waste of time. The developers need to crack down on that more and potentially make a couples profile type in order for everyone to either include or eliminate them in their search preferences. Couples should not be able to advertise as female. There are also a ton of fake profiles which I believe the developers work hard to clean out. They’re extremely easy to spot, few or professional looking pics, little or no profile information and in your core location. It’s definitely much better than it was, but still retains some glitchiness. Definitely worth a go, there’s really nothing else like it.
Love the app the environment it creates and all the features. However!! Since the last update it crashes and then doesn’t load and I’m constantly uninstalling to install it again. Please fix this
Log in with email...”email sent” options are to open the link in your email or click “I didn’t get it”. No email I’m inbox or spam, and clicking “I didn’t get it” just repeats the process and no email sends.
When one can get this app to actually open or function properly without crashing, there’s lots of fun to be had. Unfortunately, it is absolutely the worst technical app I have ever downloaded onto any phone ever ever ever. By far the most unreliable app I have come across. Having to delete because there’s no purpose in having it on my phone. Honestly think it might be causing other problems.
I paid $$$ for the full service, but the app mysteriously cuts out after viewing just a handful of profiles...not cool. Seems to allow viewing up to 25 or so profiles all within a 4 mile radius (I have it set to view within 249 miles), then reaches a "wall" where I can't scroll anymore. I even updated my iPhone to the latest system to make sure this wasn't the issue, but no luck. The "help" desk gives an alert that they aren't working, and a warning that they receive a lot of inquires so basically don't get your hopes up they'll respond even when they return. Gonna give it another day or two, then go through Apple to request a refund if nothing improves.
