فاشل جدا

تطبيق غير مجاني سخيف وحقير جدا يعرض دقائق فقط من اي مسلسل غايته مادية فقط انه خزي وعار على من يريدون ان يجمعوا المال بطريقة سخيفة جدا رغم شهر رمضان المبارك كنت أعتقد انه سيكون مجاني للجميع في رمضان لابارك الله فيكم

Slow slow

So this app is nice have a lot of shows but your app is super slow it needs a high internet and where I live there internet is only 100 mbp we don’t buy any other channels because we thought this would be great but sadly is slow takes long time to buffer fix this issue please or I will cancel it and my family member and friends too برنامج حلو بس كلششش بطئية

Very bad service i wish i saw people comments

Very bad service, it is almost scam i payed twice with different accounts and did not get any service for regular and VIP. Customer service is the worst i have seen ask agin to do step that we did hundreds of time and they do nothing instead of actively activate my accounts. I canceled subscriptions deleted accounts, ask my bank for refund and consider them as scam no service received. I Wish everyone read comments before use their service.

Not a lot of options with subtitles

I’ve had this app now for a couple of months. It’s really good. However, not that many shows have English subtitles so limited in how much I can watch. Rethinking my subscription.

مشكله

التطبيق عباره عن كلتش وتعليق ومشاكل لا حصر لها ( من ناحيه الدفع لاق واخطاء وبتحاول شهر حتى تقدر تدفع واحتمال يضيع عليك الفلوس وميفعل اشتراك طبيعي ) انترنيت سريع فيديو جوده ضعيفه تعليق التطبيق يتوقف فجاة ( انا ايفون وجميع تحديثات الايفون التطبيق يعلق السبب من التطبيق ( ونصيحه مني الكم كى اخو ( امسحو التطبيق ) نصيحه بس

بالعربي يطفشششش

التطبيق فيه تنوع لابأس فيه لكن مللني من كثر مايعلق و يخبص بكل الفئات يعني حرام تطبيق امكانياته ضعيفه كذا ياخذ اشتراك عالي بهالقيمه ؟ و ثانياً اذا هو فعلاً تبع mbc مو المفروض يكون بروفشنل اكثر ؟ ليش التطبيق اللي المفروض لشبكه عربيه كبيره يكون بهالضعف والبساطه ؟ The app isn’t good enough for 19$ a month it glitches a LLLOOOTTTT misplace everything , suddenly stops working the least i can say about it that it’s UNPROFESSIONAL

Worst customer service in the industry

I paid for both sling and shahid and still wants to charge me more without activating me . Been for an hour trying to reach them nothing they don’t have customer service
