Poor customer service; Never worked

I followed the directions exactly and never even got the same screen pictured in the instructions. When I tried to get help, I never got a response. Would love to be able to use this but I can’t even get it to download properly.

Burns up my phone

I’ve been unable to use LRM for nearly 2 years, as whenever I open the app, my screen dims down and then the back of my phone starts to heat up to a very alarming temperature. I’ve reinstalled the app, but no joy! I have the exact same issue in my iPad. I have the latest iPhone Pro Max and latest iPad Pro. It must be something to do with my screen, which I have to have on at full brightness as I’m legally blind. Please fix this Adobe. Thanks, Stephen

Be careful

(My 1st one star review, ever) I’m a super amateur photographer trying to get into the hobby. Bought a premium subscription to give it a try. Couldn’t really use it well on my old computer. Tried to cancel my subscription until I got a new one in a couple of months. Wanted to charge me three times the monthly fee to cancel. So screw ‘‘em I’ll keep it for the time being cancel soon and I’m gone. F this company can’t imagine what they’re thinking.
