Not worth it

Watch won’t work and it shows deep sleep all night even though having a terrible night and hardly any sleep at all.

It was a wonderful app now the alarm is glitching and won’t go off at the set time if it stays in the background for too long

This is the first sleep app I tried with my Apple Watch to try to achieve results similar to what was free with a FitBit. I have repeatedly found that it gets my sleep time wrong, not the tossing and turning part but the easy one— what time I actually fell asleep!. I compared the time on the “Sleep” function on the watch and the actual bedtime was an hour off, and it was not showing the time as awake time while in bed. It was just wrong. Makes all the info useless and am deleting the ap.

But they don’t tell you until You go start the setup that it’s $40 a year to get all the things the advertise. This is misleading and I’d search for an app that’s not so greedy and at least discloses the fees or announces in-app purchases required to access all features

Audio of me snoring & said I was awake

I WAS a paying customer. I knew as soon as my head hit the pillow I knocked out but I was curious as to how quick and also wanted to know if I talked or snored. So, consistently at nap time and bedtime my Apple Watch recorded me lightly snoring about 2-3 minutes after laying down but the graph would say that it took me anywhere from 40-75 minutes to fall asleep obviously skewing the amount of sleep recorded in that session. So how is this reliable? If it was recording me snoring but telling me I was awake for an hour then how was I supposed to believe that I was in REM, light sleep or deep sleep when it said so? Also, it would say I was awake for like 5 mins at a time during my sleep. I don’t have sleep apnea. I didn’t use the restroom or turnover. And I have the pillow app installed on my iPhone laying face down so c’mon guys.

Get an idea on your sleep

I love this app. It works great even on my older Apple Watch. I bought the app before it went subscription and the extra features are definitely worth it and I would probably pay for the subscription if I were to get the app now. For the Developers: One thing that would be really nice to have would be the ability to turn off the alarm without turning of the tracking. That way if you on accidentally fall back asleep the sleep still counts. Other than that I love the app
