Be Carful ‼️

So I tried buying some cute bracelets for 9.21$ but a few days later I realized I may have gotten the address wrong so they couldn’t ship it to me, I waited a few more days for me to get a notification that allowed me to receive a refund but when it finally came I applied for one. Shein said my order was refunded and that the money was transferred to the original payment method ( aka apple pay) but I haven’t gotten my money. I even checked my email and it said my order was refunded but even though I received no money in my wallet or anywhere else? I don’t know if it’s just me being silly and not knowing how to get a refund but last time I got a refund my money came to me quick so I don’t understand why it’s saying my order was refunded EVEN THOUGH I haven’t gotten any money back whatsoever, I searched this up to see if this problem has happened to anyone and it seems some people have gotten their money scammed for other reasons. This may all just be my stupidity for not knowing anything but I still advised people to be careful when it comes to shopping on here. Thank you 🙏

You can’t talk to a real person at all at anytime with this sellers. They have a robot text you only with limited help. Helpless and useless.

Delivery issue

Hi SHEIN, I ordered my package on the 27th of may and it told me my package would be here between the 2nd-4th of June and it’s now June 6th my package STILL isnt here yet and I have been tracking it and it says it’s still in transit.
