Why would abyone pay over $100 a year for an app?!
I signed up with a free week. After the free period was up, my credit card was hit for a year subscription , I did not sign up For a subscription. There isn’t a customer service person or place to talk to, so they basically got a free $94.00 . Very poor business!
After receiving several obscene prank calls on my business line I subscribed to this app. Almost immediately I had another call from a blocked number. It was “unmasked” as “Flowright”. I then had my wife dial *67 and then my number. The same thing happened, Flowright. Completely useless. Unsubscribed immediately.
I’m paying 95$ for only a part of the service It takes forever for someone to call me. I’ve had this service for over a week and still only allowed partial use of the app
This application is awful. They don’t have a custom service available. I haven’t received any messages in months. The deactivation links they send don’t fully work and are unsuccessful. Do not install this application!!
I was charged a full year before I had the chance to cancel the free trial. There is no phone support so I had to send an email requesting a full refund. I’m so upset and annoyed by this. I haven’t heard back so now I have to dispute the charge with PayPal and had to call my service provider to get the call forwarding off my account. This is all very shady!
They present themselves as if their app and service is free. As soon as you download the app they ask you to pay to use the service. Total waste of time. 0/5 stars.
The constant texts are very annoying. To record a call, you have to decline it then accept the second “call,” which is fine.What is not fine, however, is the text telling you that you missed a call from that number every single time you decline a phone call whether it’s recorded or not. And you get “voicemail” texts for calls you declined both times. It’s highly annoying and unnecessary.
Well this app works well with blocking calls, unmasking ID numbers, and any other things, that keeps signing me out which is very frustrating. Why? It’s a default in their program.
Can’t get past set up stage. The 2 steps with *73 and *74 says they’re invalid codes then my test call gives me an error message after rejecting the call. Uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried 5 more times. Doesn’t work. Will find something else.
