This is my first day and I think This app is going to change my life
Currently new to this app and I’m highly not going to keep paying for it. The workouts don’t match the Audio instructions. So instead of working out your looking up workouts and you lose momentum. If I’m going to pay for something I need it to work properly. Definitely not worth the money if your wanting to workout like I have been for the past year.
It is SO difficult trying to find your subscription info on this app
So this app is suppose to be FREE as part of my employers healthy living program. Well when I finished my registration, Apple asked me to pick a subscription, I contacted customer service and they claimed they had fixed the problem…well guess what Apple is still asking me to chose a subscription and I am not!!! DELETING APP
Kept me sane throughout the pandemic. Never get bored with the endless number of classes.
I’ve been using Aaptiv for close to three years now and I love it. I first downloaded it for a fourth trimester workout plan after having my son, and while (sadly) that program is long gone, I’ve gotten so much out of this app. It’s got a very clean design and is super user friendly. I love having a personal trainer in my ear, and that many of them are great at instructing you without visuals (I hate having to look at a video to work out), but the move sync and instructional clips for strength training, Pilates, etc. is super helpful when you need it. I don’t love the “choose your own music” feature for cardio workouts since they’re mostly set to the beat of the music, but all the new workouts seem to have a curated playlist so I tend to stick to those. Because of this app, my husband and I have been able to build a home gym that we actually use and that’s awesome. I would love to see more training programs that incorporate spinning or the elliptical for those of us who can’t/don’t run and maybe an augmented nutrition feature. I also really like that this exercise app feels very body positive and is not entirely focused on shrinking your body, but in boosting your mood, improving your strength, etc. In that same vein, the sleep and meditation categories have helped my mental health during the pandemic. Overall, a remarkably well-rounded fitness app that supports you in many facets of your life and gets results. Worth every penny!
I used the older versions of the app for a long time and it use to be great. This one is very buggy and when I asked support for my money back (first month in a year prepaid), they closed my support ticket.
am on year 3 and this app is awesome! in an area with no gym and this app has so many great programs to get me motivated and stay motivated.
The trainers on this app really care about the listeners and their health! As a mom of 5 young kids, I don’t have time or childcare options to go to the gym every day. But Aaptiv is always there when it works for me!! I’ve been successful with learning to run, losing weight, and getting stronger!
Aaptiv is my favorite fitness app. I use it in the gym for weight training, elliptical & treadmill workouts. It’s nice to have a curated routine and I also do some yoga and an workouts at home. My favorite workouts are the Apple Watch curated ones and I like how the app accurately & consistently transfers data to Apple Health after you complete a workout. My only gripe with this app is that I wish there were an option to only hear and/or see instructions from the trainers (without the extra commentary). The trainers talk absolutely too much and sometimes constantly throughout the entire workout. It defeats the purpose of listening to music while working out if you cannot hear your music bc the trainer is talking the entire time. My only other wish is if it were possible to make Pandora an option for music. They have an excellent workout radio station.
