Dopo aver comprato il servizio premium per 2 anni, per una disattenzione il corso è stato rinnovato anche per il 2021..ho chiesto gentilmente il giorno stesso di poter ricevere il rimborso in quanto non ne ho più bisogno..richiesta rifiutata e neanche è possibile contattarli per telefono. Compagnia interessata solo ai soldi, sempre pronta ad approfittarsene dei propri clienti sfruttando umane disattenzioni. Veramente senza parole. SHAME!
I have used Aba English for about three years, very good platform. There is no customer service , impossible to contact, I am a Premium student until 3/21 and they have taken away my access to the course and I don't know what to do.
Hi, I'm having problems with the app, I have renewed the year less than three weeks ago and today I have not been able to do anything, just let the course enter but the extra activities always get a window that says that I must pay the month or the year again. what should I do? I have already followed the instructions in the help center! and nothing they say there has worked! ☹️

when I made a 1 year subscription purchase the advisement was $34.99 for one year subscription but I get charged $69.99 instead. I still couldn’t find any contact information to address this issue, all they have is a different types of articles for a common question, you don’t actually find a real costumer service person to help you out.
After free trial they gonna charge you, without ask you, it’s very difficult cancel your subscription, I had to close my credit card, this app is a scam, no refund, no fair deal....On the other hand if you have an iPhone, the app in iPhone doesn’t run properly....finally the app is useless if you live out side of England....the British accent is tooooo heavy. In conclusion don’t waste your money a simple YouTube class is one thousand better and for free.

Be aware that they taking money without previous notice for yearly subscription. They also don’t have possibility to cancel subscription on their website and you have to send email to support asking to cancel subscription. Other than that is good.
