Favorite app game
1st up they need understand that they need work with Apple and android very carefully after they lunch next OS I say this because new OS might have have more bugs than will later on. 2nd of all they my not listen to your feedback and what like or dislike about game. Like them having limited edition items in there in game store for certain events like many games do these days. Finally summon rate extremely low for nat 5 so low players actually consider spending money on event packs just get new monsters instead just do fusion or give feedback do events like they did when vampire lord was introduced or when they did street fighter crossover. This why I and others might stopped playing even though we still like game but felt our voices where falling on death ears.
After all these years - this game is still just like all the other money sucking crap holes…crappy.
It is an awesome game but I just wish they did more free things.

Y’all make it way to hard to get nat5 when I can pop hundreds of scrolls and only get 2 nat5 monsters it is not right or fair considering the price and how hard it is for Mystical scrolls. And why make it so hard to get attribute scrolls and only get nat3s maybe it’s just me but that’s ridiculous. Can you please change the chance rate for 4star and 5star monsters!!?

I’ve had this game for about 4-5 years I think, and I’m thoroughly disappointed. I got my account hacked by someone or bots, cause that seems to be a common issue in the game. I’ve never given my password or account information out to anyone. I’ve reached out 4 separate times during a span of a month trying to recover my account. The developers or admins took forever to respond to my submitted tickets, which is fine because I there are a lot of players to cover and I get that it may take a while to resolve issues, but if they did respond it was the same auto-repeated message saying that I’ll have to submit proof and evidence that the account is mine, which, I did by the way. I’ve submitted photos of my app purchases, the dates of which I’ve made the purchases, the information of the account, my HIVE ID, username, date of creation, iOS version and all of that just for them to tell me that there’s nothing that they can do to help me recover my account. I’m genuinely confused and upset. Wasted a good portion of my time, money, and effort trying to get back something that wasn’t my fault in the first place. Please fix your customer support. It did not help me one bit, and it was infuriating trying to navigate and submit everything, just to be told that since I got hacked there’s nothing that can be done to recover my account. Game was decent, held back by bots and hackers that admins can do nothing about it. It still upsets me to this day cause I’ve spent so much money and time on it.
