Quick 7 mins guided workouts are amazing for busy working moms!! I get it in before the kids up and in the morning and done for the day! Feeling great rest of the day! Love it.

This app really helped me get in the he shape I never believed I could!!! It gives you easy daily workouts depending on your level! You can choose what body parts to focus on, so you can get the workouts that fit you! I live this app, I hope you try it out for yourself!!!
I like this app because when I don’t get a chance to exercise outside or at the gym, I can always find a workout that fits my needs. I especially love the daily seven because it is quick and effective.
Great short workouts that can easily be done before heading into the office in the morning! I do the Daily 7, which is a great combo of arms, booty, legs and stomach workouts in 7 minutes.
I really dislike the new update. The layout isn’t very organized. Should be either alphabetized or organized by difficulty.
This is my second day using the app. I love how they provide a daily quote when you first log into the app for motivation and inspiration. I love that it already has a designed workout plan for me each day. Some of the workouts are the same, but are done differently, so I don’t feel like I’m doing the same workout. Glad I have the app.
Love these workouts. They’re user friendly even after improvising some workouts after having surgery. Would recommend to anyone ❤️❤️❤️
