I really appreciate how intuitive the app is. There was an error in the model # of aircraft for some of my flights. I went in and changed one flights’ model number and then it intuitively changed all the other logbook entries under that N number to that module! That saved me several hours of work. The customer service is amazing as well. Thanks guys.
This program has a multitude of features but will not sync across devices (iPad, iPhone, MAC) with any regularity. Coradine doesn’t have a sync now or force sync so that the logbook across the 3 devices match. iPhone shows xx13 total time while MAC shows 30 hrs less. Makes it difficult to print reports when they don’t match. This feature really needs to be fixed.
Recently purchased LogTen Pro. After reading their webpage, felt reasonably sure I could import from another program as well as my airline’s data. I sent an email to support regarding some import issues. They never replied. The relatively high cost should should have an equivalent level of support. Finally, when entering actual times in a Flica-imported schedule; data entry is not particularly intuitive.
A must for airline pilots.
Wow, I’ve had log ten pro for aprox 3 years paid one time fee of close to $50 and that was supposed to be for lifetime for the app, the update when they wanted a subscription hijacked all my time from my phone, and unless you pay you will loose all of your flights times. Get another app where you won’t lose all your flight time. Beware!
No new features have been released in a few years. $100+ per year for an app that could improve so much but they just won’t add any new features. Especially ones I’ve messaged about 4+ years ago. They advertise an amazing support structure.....but if they’re app worked as advertised they wouldn’t need to rely on their support structure to justify paying $100+ per year. Edit: In response to the developers reply - “thousands of updates and improvements” sounds like something that should be included FOR FREE when you purchase an app, not justify $100/year. ForeFlight charges same process and they have a logbook that works exactly like yours, but comes with so so so so much more. You need MAJOR updates, not little tweaks. You sent out an email recently about “now we can show 117 limits”...YOU COULD DO THAT 4 YEARS AGO NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!! And hows that split screen coming along? I requested that 4+ years ago and said it was “coming” but nothing yet. Horrible service. Definitely not worth the money. Find something else. Anything else. All these reviews say the exact same thing.
Bought a 3 year subscription in 2015 for $138. Now, the only option is $75 a year for iPhone and iPad?! Nope. I’m out.
Here’s your rating. One star. (Honestly the software looks amazing, please stop asking me to rate every five seconds)
Support staff is frustrating at best to deal with- often long delays in returning messages. Software itself is lackluster. I’ve found multiple errors in how it calculates times on various reports and have spent far more time than its worth trying to fix it all. I will likely not be back for another $130 subscription fee next year. As an airline pilot, the import function is a great idea, but poorly implemented and requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that its calculated everything correctly because it often does not fill in the correct fields- you must go back and check, line by line. I’d honestly be better off without the import function. Unfortunately not seeing the value here...
Costs quite a bit
