Great app and professional voicing!
Our league has used the app before, but in my first experience using the app last week, found it very easy to use and set up a team. I then ordered professional voicing (Michael Araujo) who did a amazing job with intros. Turnaround time was less than 24 hours which was perfect timing for us heading into our first tournament of the season. Highly recommend!
So awesome!
Ordered this for our 8U softball team and used Michael Araujo! I was very impressed and our girls get pumped when they’re up bat! I noticed a difference right away in their confidence. App is easy to use, I recommended to put your phone on ‘do not disturb’ so your phone ringer or texts don’t get bluetoothed for everyone to hear. I sent the lineup to my wife to use and she also had to purchase the app for $6.99 to use it. No big deal but just be aware just because you buy the audio you can’t just send it to anyone. They have to pay to use the app too which I think is fair. Great investment!
Buggy
When it works, it’s great. It simply doesn’t work far too often and you look like a fool when that happens.
Glitchy or won’t play song
Downloaded this app last year and worked great. Now my girls softball season is about to start and it won’t play songs sometimes or it glitches and skips to the next player.
Outstanding Customer Service
Not going to lie, the app for me was a little tricky. I got the basics down and have it doing what I need to do, but it’s capable of so much more. I ordered the pro-voicing, have some of the walk up songs loaded and it sounds great. You can select the size of the song, fade the music, soften the music during the announcement and also set an order for the announcement and the music. It’s a really cool app and I’m enjoying it. Only have one gliche sometimes the music won’t play, but I reached out to support and they are already looking into it. Customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. Also, my pro-voicing was done in less than 24 hours. Thank you Chad & Ballpark DJ! I highly recommend this app the $6.99 for the app and the $ for the pro-voicing is worth it!
Super Buggy
I’ve been using this app for 3 years and it always worked great. Recently just switched to Apple and it’s very, very buggy on here. Names cut off half way through announcement, songs don’t always play at the right timing, just so much going wrong.
Issues with volume and speakers
Had the app for two weeks, doesn’t work well with certain Bluetooth (Sonos in particular)it will cut off first few seconds of announcement. Also issues with volume for each player, it will automatically go down to 5% or no volume for each new batter and you have to quickly raise it back up manually. I will keep it for this season since I paid for it but will get a new one for next season.
Used to be great, glitches a lot
Used to be good but over the past couple of seasons, the app glitches a lot. The announcement won’t start when you hit play, or it starts late and interrupts the pitch. It’s happening enough that I’m considering finding an alternate app.

Could be a great app
First they charge for the app. Then for a professional voice it cost a lot more. Basically it’s $50 per team
