Best app ever, easy to navigate and Very helpful through the residency
I found it difficult to even get logged in or set up an account. The book that I bought (CMDT 2019) didn’t have a lot of information on how to get it set up. When I did get it set up (which you have to do on your computer before you can log in with the app)...I couldn’t figure out how to get CMDT 2019 on the app. I’m still figuring it out. I tried to mark the book as a favorite from the computer, and tried to update the app, but still can’t see the book.
...which is what I wanted out of installing this. I'm sure it's good for something down the road, but as an M1, I just needed the books without clicking to expand things a zillion times. Not happening here.
Don’t get me wrong, I love this app. I just wish it gave us access to all the website features
My access doesn't seem to give me full access to all the books that I have access to from laptop account. The only books/resources that seem to be avail for searching are the 4 listed on the app info. To be fair they are listed, but that seems deceptive to not have access to all the resources that the website generally provides. It won't sync my favorites from my laptop account to the app so I have to click on the link on the main page to get to the page that looks like the one on the laptop.
Fantastic resource window with a clean interface and excellent search and cross referencing. Had one issue in the beginning where it insisted my institutional access needed to be updated (wasn't true), but I reinstalled and resigned in and it's been fine since.
It keeps asking me to sign in each time I change chapters. Otherwise it is good. It will be even better if the flash card is made accessible directly in the app.
Awesome app for those in the clinical setting MD, NP, PA.. But the very 90 days authentication per your institution can get a little annoying. Only b/c it takes more then the listed 24 hours re-authorization. You can't access the app during that time.. Sometimes I've had to re-download the app.
Customer support has been sluggish. In app FAQ or better instructions would be helpful
Bastante útil!
