Don’t have a Bolivia map
Unfortunately since last update, map does not show up on Apple Car Pay, just a black screen, unusable. Worked fine before updating. Do not update. Downloading the app again does not resolve the issue. I have premium subscription by the way. Just beware. DEVELOPERS, please fix ASAP!
While the graphics, directions and such are pretty good, the time and effort required to enter an address is ridiculous. On top of that, if you make an error in entry in their non intuitive search setup, it doesn't allow you to simply back up or select the mistake; you have to completely back out and start again. It consistently has issues finding long-established addresses and businesses. I really like the graphics, but like Copilot, it suffers from fatal flaws that are absurdly allowed to continue version after version. Short-sighted to say the least since it's primary competitions suffer from no such maladies. Conversations with support have been unhelpful, since it's an update that's required to fix it. Apparently my issues were not shared bye enough people.
So far I have only used this app in Illinois and Indiana. It is confusing because the state highways are indicated with interstate placards. Because I’m not staring at the map, it’s confusing. I’ve also found it difficult to get directions for specific addresses. It decides to change cities because the street names are the same. I regret spending the $50 for unlimited map upgrades. Google maps does a better job.
Constant issued with carplay having black screen. Unacceptable for paid app. Good nav otherwise.
This app is garbage. I did a search for a restaurant a few miles from me that has been in business 30 years and couldn’t find it. Got to the destination and searched for my home address that has been here almost 20 years and couldn’t find it. Glad it was a free trial. I would have been mad if I paid money for this horse hockey. Stick with Waze or google maps. Even Apple Maps is far far far far better than this app.
Used in Seattle. The app was a couple of seconds behind and therefore was of no use. It would instruct us to turn left after we had already turned.
There’s no other explaination. I don’t want the app and won’t pay anymore money for it
I’m sorry I had to give this app a 1 star because it didn’t deserve that that. It wanted me to upload every single state road map I had to drive through to get to my destination. It’s calculation sent me 5 and 1/2 hr for a 2 and 1/2 hr trip. Erased the app. Useless
Outstanding app! Great GPS, I really like the different options I can use when getting on the road.
