Evidently click bait is now presented as legitimate news and woven throughout. Knock it off. Also, when I am scrolling down to read different articles the app continuously jumps back bc it lags trying to get the ad content on my screen. If your adds interfere with the actual reading of the news—why should I subscribe? If I could give negative stars I would.
App was never great but now it is a waste of time. Between the repeating Salvation Army ad, the popups asking me to subscribe when I already do, to it jumping back when you try to scroll. After all this time you would think they could make a decent app.
The app reloads without warning and makes it difficult to read and navigate.
Great local and national news coverage and editorials. But $15 per month for access to “subscriber only” content is too expensive, with so much info and content available for free online these days. Would consider for $5 per month or under $50 for year.
I have a subscription, regularly get subscription pop up’s or have to re login and pick stoplights or bicycles. This is sooo annoying… please fix or I’ll consider dropping my subscription!
It says I haven’t h ad a subscription for a year. I signed up for specials. They were lost.
What happened to this App! I have a subscription and used to enjoy reading it. The terrible programming is well terrible! Bouncing all over reading stories and then you get bounced back to the beginning!
This is a horrible app that even though I subscribe constantly remind me to subscribe has pop ups has ads, everything subscribing seems to do literally nothing to stop it. There is no customer support whatsoever. Non-existent. Everything about this app is as bad as it can possibly be. Do not use this if you have a choice. 100% do not subscribe because it’s just a rip off as it still constantly bombard you to subscribe.
Something changed where I have to sign in and verify each time a subscription article is loaded. It’s not a user friendly app. Not sure what changed.
Using the app to manage my print account is annoying. It make you want to cancel both the print and digital subscriptions.
