I consistently have issues with content updating and/or receive an error message. The app seems to only work about 50% of the time. I have a subscription to Cincinnati.com, so this is very frustrating. I regularly download the app updates and this does not seem to help the problem.
They make it impossible to cancel.
Events section often has out of date info, and few entries for current/upcoming events. Links sometimes lead to pages that don’t load.
Jumble App doesn’t work well on iPad. Sometimes doesn’t respond to letter selection on words. Sometimes doesn’t display letters for solving or they are displayed behind the blanks and you can’t see them to select. So I then go to another online paper to print it. So frustrating. And I am working so I don’t have time to fool with this before bolting out the door in the morning. By the time I get home, I’m not in the mood. I use it to jump start my brain first thing.

Absolute garbage. They take my money but I almost never have access to the digital edition. Keeps wanting me to activate a new account.
Cincinnati.com is fantastic. Love their sports coverage. Love their local news coverage. App is very user-friendly.
App doesn’t let you read anything more than 3 lines unless u are a subscriber, maybe download the homepage instead.

I am repeatedly being asked to sign in after I am greeted “welcome back, Alan”. Will I ever get through? All I want is my Sunday paper that I paid for.
